Family planning conditions occasionally require special or different formats not normally included in regular drafts procedures and ancillary document designs. Almost any planning contingency can be addressed as long as the client’s intent is communicated sufficiently the ODQ. But, at any time an ODQ (or the Archived NotePad) contains lengthy drafting provision(s) requests, or a Successor Trustee succession format has been selected that is different than what is listed and described under Section 6, then an extra fee(s) should be assessed under this option. Otherwise, the estate plan may not be completed until the extra fee(s) is collected. Keep in mind that if it has taken additional time (more than usual) to prepare the ODQ for submission to our office then it will likely take additional time and effort to complete the draft.
